  • Scope: The specific deliverables for each project will be outlined in your individual proposal or invoice.

  • Revisions: To maintain project momentum, each engagement includes a set number of revision rounds as defined at the start of the project.

  • Timeline: We strive for precision in delivery. Timelines depend on the prompt receipt of all necessary client materials and feedback.

Payments & VAT

  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

  • VAT: As per Mauritian law, a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all applicable services.

  • Terms: For standard services, a deposit or full upfront payment is required before work commences, as specified on your invoice.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Once full payment is received, the ownership of the final creative deliverables is transferred to the Client.

  • Showcase: Inversif Ltd reserves the right to feature the completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials to demonstrate our expertise, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Inversif Ltd provides high-performance solutions but cannot be held liable for third-party platform downtimes, external data breaches, or indirect business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
